Sales and customer service

You are passionate about customer service and want to make a difference for our customers. You are motivated by a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. You will have the opportunity to take on various responsibilities, discover new products, and become an expert.

You greet and assist customers in the store, attentively listening to their needs to ensure an optimal shopping experience that aids their decision-making. You share your expertise in hockey and/or baseball, building a trusting relationship with the customer.

You complete point-of-sale transactions, answer incoming phone calls and offer courteous service.

You sharpen skates and service hockey equipment. You share your technical expertise and deliver high-quality service to build customer loyalty in our workshop.

Management

You aspire to become an accomplished manager capable of fostering strong relationships, creating an engaging work environment, and delivering a personalized customer service experience.

You enhance the brand's value, oversee operational activities, and contribute to the team's success on the sales floor. You ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
