Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards are accepted. It is also possible to pay with gift cards, promotional cards with a PIN as well as PayPal.

Yes, you can pay by combining up to two gift cards (or promotional cards) with one credit card.

Since all products are delivered in the province of Quebec, the 5% Goods and Services Tax (GST) and 9.975% Quebec Sales Tax (QST) will be applied. However, note that taxes do not apply to gift cards.

As soon as your items are shipped, your order will be charged.

If your chosen payment method is a credit card, an amount is pre-authorized when the order is placed, and that pre-authorization is charged once your order is shipped. If your items are shipped in multiple packages, separate charges corresponding to each package appear in your banking transactions.

Your order may be shipped in multiple packages. In that case, multiple charges corresponding to each package appear on your account. The amount of each charge will add up to the total amount displayed on your order confirmation.

PayPal is a payment method that you can use to pay for your purchases on triohockey.ca without sharing your personal information. With a PayPal account, you can pay online with your credit card, debit card, bank account or Paypal account balance by only entering your email address and password.

Your credit card and bank account numbers will never be seen by the seller or merchant. Plus, you are protected against unauthorized payments sent from your account.

To pay with your PayPal account, you simply need to click on the “Check out with PayPal” button when you are ready to complete your order. A window will pop up so you can log into your PayPal account, if not already signed in. The required amount to complete the transaction is automatically transferred as soon as you place your order.

The checkout process is the same with PayPal. You will be redirected to another window to complete your payment where you will have a certain period before your order is cancelled.

You can return your purchases to get a refund in one of our Sports Rousseau, Hockey Experts and L’Entrepôt du Hockey, even if PayPal was used as your payment method. The refund is made on the card you used to pay through your PayPal account.

Your financial information is not shared with the seller. You are also protected in the event of:

• Unauthorized purchases: for instance, if someone uses your PayPal account without your permission;
• Incorrect orders or undelivered items: for instance, if you ordered a blue shirt but received a pink shirt.
